Through the curtains of darkness he struggled
Forever it seemed he struggled…his breath rugged
And when he lost all hope…all will to exist
He saw the light…a thin ray cut through darkness
In disbelief he stared….yet with relief
Finally hope is here…be gone with grief
He reached out a trembling hand
The light spread… darkness bland
The light caught him …he embraced
Fused with his soul…he blazed
Tearing through shadows he went
Tearing… tearing…and down they went
Then he finally stopped…
Then he finally realized
It was her who were his guiding light
It was her whom he embraced
And for eternity was in debt
